This home is located just miles from downtown Fredericksburg with 3,246 Sq. Ft of living space. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a studio/game room. While stacked rock was chosen for this house to keep with the clean lines and the modern feel the interior finishes lent itself to the farmhouse style. The open pipe chimney also added a unique look to the fireplace.

They had a very good idea of what they were looking for and according to Sherri this is her favorite home. The house is 2,077 Sq. Ft of living space and has a warm and cozy feel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques from both sides of their family.

Tim and Kim were looking for a home on their hunting property for their family get togethers. Tim drew his vision on graph paper and we took it from there. Kim knew exactly what style she was looking for and in collaboration with an interior designer they pulled the colors and finish outs together perfectly.
